This policy describes the small amount of information involved when you read NB-PT Casino Notes, how it is handled and which rights you have. It is short because the site collects very little.

NB-PT Casino Notes is kept by a small team writing under pen names. Questions or requests about personal data can be sent to inbox@netbsd-pt.org. Email is the only channel we offer; there is no postal address or phone line for the site.

How the site is built

The notebook is a static website. Each page is prepared in advance and delivered to your browser as a finished document. Nothing on it asks you to sign in, register, comment, subscribe or pay, and no games or bets are available here. As a result, we do not keep a database of readers.

What the site never runs

• It runs no analytics or visitor statistics of any kind.
• It shows no advertising and loads no ad scripts.
• It uses no tracking pixels, fingerprinting or profiling.
• It embeds no social media buttons that report visits elsewhere; any share link you see is an ordinary link that does nothing until you click it.

Your cookie-banner choice

On your first visit, a small card asks how you feel about cookies. Whatever you answer is saved in your browser's local storage so the card does not reappear on every page. That entry stays on your device, holds only your answer and is never sent to us. Deleting this site's stored data in your browser settings removes it whenever you like. Technical records kept by our web host

Our pages travel to you from servers rented from a web host. As with almost every website, the provider's systems automatically record basic technical details of each request: the IP address, the time, the address of the page requested, and the browser and device information your browser sends. These records are needed to deliver pages reliably and to defend against misuse. They are kept for a limited time by the provider and then deleted. We do not use them to identify individual readers and we do not combine them with any other information. We rely on legitimate interest, namely keeping the notebook online and safe from abuse, as the legal basis.

If you write to us

An email to us naturally contains your address, any name you choose to give and the content of your message. We use these only to read and answer you. Messages are deleted once the matter is settled, except where we keep a brief note of a correction made to an entry. Your address will never be added to a list, shared for marketing or sold.

The contact page includes a small form. It does not send anything by itself; it only opens the email program on your own device with your message filled in, and you decide whether to send it.

Your rights under the GDPR

Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, you may ask us:

• to confirm whether any of your personal data is with us, and to receive a copy;
• to fix details about you that are inaccurate or missing;
• to erase data, or to restrict how it is used;
• to provide data in a portable format;
• to stop processing based on legitimate interest, by objecting to it.

Send any such request to the address above and we will reply within the time the law requires. You also have the right to complain to the data protection supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.

Age

NB-PT Casino Notes is written for adults aged 18 and over. Nobody under that age should be sending us information, and we do not seek it.
